Amazon EC2 setup for magento website -- 2

Hi, im looking for expert who already has experience on Magento server optimization. I need to setup EC2 and all needed things for my magento.

General requirement:

- PHP accelerator

- NginX

- Memcache

- Varnish

- Google page speed

- Enable Gzip Compression

- Multiple databases (if needed)

- S3, CloudFront, RWD, Route53 (if needed)

- Email server

- FTP

- Control panel (free license)

- Other needed thing for running magento smooth

Please bid only you can do and you have experiece, you need to present what model you want to use. and also you need to estimate monthly price on amazon to me,

I attached approx traffic on current server. Please take a look.

Also we need to scale up sometime for special event (aprrox. 5000 visitor in similar time, but special event maybe take only 1-3 days)
