Website Re-design

We would like to re-design 2 websites to give them a corporate look. The job includes:

* Creating new web-sites. No flash. Website must be compatible with IE6 and higher and should be properly structured using best techniques in CSS/ HTML

* Content re-writing/ clean-up/ adding of contents. For example, our services include 4 main areas:

* Consulting

* Website Development

* Mobile Phone Solutions

* Content could me mixed/ matched between 3 of our sites in addition to any new content you add

* We also want to include some highlights about technologies we work on. For example, ExtJS, Sencha Touch, Java, .NET. This may include some highlight text about each technology

* We would also like to include some product summaries and testimonials

* Careers section/ contact us is a must

* We would also like to include Partnership

* Site should be mobile compatible as well

* We want to include a blog section too

* Privacy policy and Terms of use also need to be included

Usage of frameworks such as Joomla/ Wordpress is fine
