Scalable and light on resource usage (system and bandwidth) Coder must have done this before. Must provide full project plan on all modules to be accomplished. Short time frame project - 25 working days (incentive bonus if completed). No extensions since next project will follow (and invitation to current team) Must be clean coding and web 2.0 functionality and design/look.
