Marketing Model:

I've set up a mobile marketing web site at [url removed, login to view] . [url removed, login to view] was built with Joomla to provide local businesses with an array of our online/offline text marketing services including the following:

1. We advertise in selected cities to build a consumer subscriber list who wish to receive 50 to 90% OFF coupon offers by text messaging and/or email.

2. We contact local merchants like restaurants, day care, spas, museums, radio stations, concert promoters, night clubs, health clubs and others and offer them one of three online marketing packages.

3. Depending on the marketing package ordered by the merchant they will be able to do the following:

? Have their special offer broadcast to our subscriber list via email and text when and if we choose.

? Advertise to build their own mobile/texting subscriber list

? Login into our member's area either on [url removed, login to view] and enter their coupon offer and proposed schedule date for our staff to send it to subscribers on our list.

I've attached a complete Project Description and the form code to register texting subscribers into our [url removed, login to view] account.

## Deliverables

Project Description:

We need an interface that collects both the email and text/cell phone numbers of consumers who respond to our advertising and forwards the cell phone/subscriber record to our Optit account.

The optit account subscribe form code is attached.

For example: we advertise: "text "46786" with keyword "coopony" to subscribe to our discounted offers for free or, consumers must be able to register on Coopony.com.

As a client of [url removed, login to view] we can add keywords (for additional monthly fees)?so, if we reserve the keyword "dine-out" we can advertise : text "46786" with keyword "dine-out" to acquire subscribers who wish to receive discount coupons for restaurants. Ideally, we would like to be able to set up advertising campaigns for each of our clients using their own unique keyword (like Antonio's Pizza). As the restaurant advertised their business they would include the 46786 and the keyword "Antonios Pizza" in all their menus and print and radio advertising.

1. When a consumer registers on [url removed, login to view] we need to add the cell phone number field and to have check boxes that permits them to select from several categories of merchants or select "ALL" to subscribe to receive coupons from all our merchants. The optit form does everything but allow "select ALL" and it doesn't collect the subscriber's email address and enter it into the [url removed, login to view] subscriber database.

2. Provide a Membership Area with the means for our merchant clients to login to [url removed, login to view] Member's Area to do the following:

? Set up drop-down tab "Create New Offer" Enter the text message or special offer for a text broadcast restricted to a maximum of 140 characters.

? Enter the scheduled date and time to send the broadcast.

? Archive each offer by client and date of broadcast.

1. Provide custom texting options based on the level of the client's membership: Basic, Gold and Platinum to include:

3. text with picture

4. text with click to call button (client enters their toll free number to reservations or pre-recorded message). My staff set up the text message click to call feature when this option is selected and the phone number is entered.

5. Text with link to client's website (Gold Membership & Platinum Membership ONLY). Client enters text and enters URL of link.

6. Video text (Platinum Membership Only). Platinum client can select this option and upload a 30 second video.

Reporting Function

Displays a calendar graphic unique to each client so that the date on the calendar of a scheduled broadcast or an earlier broadcast is highlighted. The date displays either "pending" or "sent" depending on the status.

Upgrade Account button in menu. For Basic Memberships the upgrade button displays both the Gold Package and the Platinum Package (from the textchief web site.

For the Gold Package the button will display only the Platinum Package offer.

Functionality

I don't require or expect that the input of each client can be automatically integrated with our [url removed, login to view] text messaging account. However, I need an Admin login to an area that reports and provides the text messaging details (including images, phone number for click to call and video uploads) broken down by scheduled or requested broadcast date.

Since we can only do one text broadcast per day our clients must check the Scheduling Calendar to see what days are still open and available.

I don't believe that we will be able to permit our clients to actually control the sending of their text messages because this would require that they have access to our Optit account. So, the next best thing is to give our merchant clients the ability to login to [url removed, login to view] and enter the information that would then be available to us in the Admin area. Our staff would then have to set up the actual email/text campaign manually on [url removed, login to view]
