It has to be responsive, SEO friendly and output has to be easealy customisable with CSS couse after this project a designer is gonna stylize it.
After this project is done im gonna have alot more requests to fine tune the whole system so it is highly likely that im gonna choose same developer for those changes if he is willing to make more money.
