I'm looking for a WordPress developer that has ample knowledge and experience. I need someone who can cut my designs from a PSD, AI or IND file into a functional WordPress site, EXACTLY like the mockup. This developer and I would work together via Google Talk (chat) or Skype daily. After sites have been templated, I will provide step-by-step instructions. If said developer has good communication and follows my instructions precisely, we can do a lot of the changes via email but I will prefer step-by-step. I need this persons to work from 9AM thru 5PM Eastern Standard US time with a break for lunch between 12PM thru 1PM, Monday thru Fridays. I might also need some work on the weekends as well.
I want to start out with a flat monthly cost to be paid bi-weekly or monthly. I'd like to start for one or two months with possibility to continue on for more depending on the working relationship. Please provide your FIXED monthly cost, portfolio and areas of expertise in your bid. If you don't follow these simple directions, you WILL NOT be considered.
You will have possibilities for bonuses depending on how many websites we can finish and how happy we can make our clients. I have a lot of work and need a reliable developer to work with. Thanks again and looking forward to seeing your bids!
PS - It's a plus if you've worked with Big Commerce, WooCommerce and GetShopped in the past.
