XBOX Modification

Ok, here goes: I want to modify a Microsoft XBOX for personal use. I'm working on a legal project for demonstration purposes only. I want to modify an XBOX in order to take a game and save it right on the hard drive so that the game can be played without the disk. I have seen it done and I have some of the hardware needed. I have a 120 Gig Hard drive to replace the factory hard drive and I intend to use the Matrix or Xodus modification chip. From what I have been told, you need to know how to configure the bios in order to get everything to work as stated.
