Squid Proxy IP Setup/Fix

We have multiple IP addresses and we have added them to Squid on our linux webmin server, but regardless of the IP address we use as a proxy (y.y.y.y, OR z.z.z.z), when we check the IP, it never changes from x.x.x.x.

My current status:

x.x.x.x -------> x.x.x.x

y.y.y.y -------> x.x.x.x

z.z.z.z -------> x.x.x.x

I need it to be like:

x.x.x.x -------> x.x.x.x

y.y.y.y -------> y.y.y.y

z.z.z.z -------> z.z.z.z

Can someone help me out with this?
