Make professional install package for Pocket PC application

We need you to create a professional setup / install package for our software. And also a piece of code to be used on Pocket PC for a trial period of a number of days. After this the users must register with a serial number.

The software for the install package is a Pocket PC application which contains a CSV file that is imported via Excel. The Pocket PC application is developed in Visual Studio .NET 2003 (VB) and the Excel COM add-in is developed in Office Developer 2000 and will be used on Excel 2000 and later.

We want the setup program to install both applications from the same setup, but it should also be possible to install them separately.

If you have experience in Pocket PC development, we would like you to assist us with the development of future versions of the software. Not just the setup but also the future development of the Pocket PC application.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
