Losing Wins

I would like an app developed that will either automatically lay bets on betfair or assist the user in placing bets.

Bets will only be made on horse races that are "in running" ie after the race has started, bets can still be placed.

The user will input the maximum liability that they are willing to accept.

eg. £10 liability

horse1 to lose bet £10

horse2 to lose bet £10

Horse3 to lose bet £10

as there is only 1 winner, only £10 may be lost

Lowest odds that the user will give are 1.1

I would like the program to (enable the user to or) automatically lay the same odds for all horses in a race for the same amount until a certain condition is met, then the odds and amount are altered for the remaining horses that do not yet have bets made on them

I can provide more details to those that are interested in making a bid. Anything I have not mentioned will be cosmetic.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
