C# iPhone Push Notifications server

I need someone to setup a push notifications server using this open source code.

Requirements:

1. Setup sample iphone application that will register for Push notifications.

2. Server software will log the device in SQL server table.

3. Server will stay connected to apple servers as required.

4. Notification should be able to be sent from server to clients that are signed up.

5. Server should poll Apple for devices that need to be removed from device list.

6. Server will need to log data received / sent to clients for audit trail. (this is optional)

All certifications we will supply and generate from our developer account.

Please respond with any questions. We do not want to use the commerically available paid services like ilime, etc.
