We are in need of a software program (like a database) that customers will be able to purchase and download from our site. The software will consist of
1) Main screen with links to other screens in the program
2) Companies screen - users will be able to add an unlimited number of "address cards" for various companies
3) Shops screen - users will be able to add an unlimited number of "shop information details"
4) Payments screen - users will be able to add unlimited "records of payment"
5) Resources screen - users will be able to click on hyperlinks/banners from sponsors to view webpages
6) Screens will include a "Search" function offering various search options
7) User manual (Read Me file) explaining how to use the software
8) Hyperlinks that will function and open the user's Internet browser
8) Software will have a tool bar offering various functions (print, find, open, help, etc)
9) Back-up function - users have ability to back-up their files to a folder on their computer
10) The software must be delivered as a fully functioning program free of bugs & viruses
11) The software must be delivered in a USER-FRIENDLY self-extracting format. Buyers should just be able to click, save to computer, and have it unzip (extract) all files
12) Our company requires the capability to update the "Resources" screen as necessary. (To be able to change sponsors/links) This must be as user-friendly to our staff as possible
13) The successful bidder must not keep a copy of the software or coding. We reserve all rights of ownership.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
