We have a website that we couldn't get finished by our old programmer and need someone to come in and finish what he had started.

This website needs the inside pages created. An about us page, contact us page which would be a straight forward contact form, portfolio page which show cases the different desserts, a request a quote page where visitors can fill out a form and provide information, also an ordering page that looks like this page: [url removed, login to view] but works by allowing the visitors to add the number of quantities for each item and it adds everything up and asks for the customers information and once submitted everything is sent throw email to the customer and website owner.
If you can help let me know. We are looking for examples of your previous web design work.
