We have two identical websites that need to be finished.

Previous programmer stated that he did not have the knowledge to complete the job given to him.

Please read the attached. Files are large due to graphics involved, not the amount of work.

There are also few minor cosmetic fixes that is not included in the document - such as photo misalignment, font, spelling errors - that we will point out after the job is accepted.
