I need web application or website.
Application or page in the further text called application should fulfill the requirements:
--User database
-database should contain data of MANY companies, employees and their positions, and the relationship between them (co, head of the group...)
-Important data is:
-For company:Company name, adres, tel. nr, org. nr,
-For employees: Name, Secend name, [login to view URL], email
--Subscription system 1yr, 6months, 3months
-subscription system should turn off company from sms service and every employee.
-subscription system should inform about the ending subscriptions
--application should send birthday text messages to employees of the companys
-working days 7.00
-holy days 10.00
--application should send notification to nearest chief (therefore relations between employees) informing about employee's birthday, using email, SMS (user selectable).
--application should have expanded wishes dase, and have possibility paste the name of the employee to the wishes, and his age, (i do not need wishes list, only somekind template to create them)
--application should be able to use as SMS sender nearest chief mobil nr. (SMS provider API allows me to)
--application should control that text messages with the same content, have not been sent to employees of the same company.
--application should have company statistics, sms counter, useful things.
--application should have a easy way to add companies, employees and relations
--web based form prefered

--if possible, additional information about the company: branch (for exemple, Construction, production etc..)
--I would preferred to hawe cms, or something LIKE(not i need it to have) magento (cms, shooping card, invoice, sales statistics, that was nice)
--I would like to also have the opportunity to direct RSS channels to registered users (different channels to different branch)
--I do not want to company has the opportunity to create their employees database (it raises more problems than good)
--creating of companies, employees and relations only for admin.
--user (company throughout the text called user) on user page, should have the statistics of sent text messages to his employees, RSS channels for branch, and access to the forum under the user name.
--user this will be one person responsible for employees in company, most likely HR (therefore RSS channels)
I hope i answered most of the questions.
For me the biggest problem that i see is is clear adding to data base. I dont not want to have TOO MUCH (scrool menus, popup menus, and piercing through by 100 names to find your head of group.)
