Our clinic is looking forward to build its website in English and Arabic
The main objectives and requirements as below:
1. Focusing on HIKMA position in Abu Dhabi and the UAE as one of the oldest and most successful dental clinics by publishing “25 years of success in the UAE” article
2. We recently opened a new clinic so we need to promoting the new clinic image
3. Enforce Hikma as dental brand along with the other services the clinic does
4. Promote our dentistry, consultancy and other services such as seminar hosting, short training programs and workshops. We need to allow professionals to register for courses online and pay.
5. Allow patients to register and have their accounts / profiles area. Automated emails or text sends reminders for their yearly checkups, appointments, happy birthday wishes, promotions ect. if they agree on registration page.
6. Allow registered patients or anonymous visitors to schedule or send a request for appointment, the form data shall be going to a preconfigured email “defined in the site settings page”
7. Allow patients to check their history of treatments and their account of statement (these data will be uploaded from our system in agreed form)

8. “Meet the team” page. A group photo for the team with short bio of each doctor appears when the mouse moves over the doctor or the team member and hides when mouse moves away

10. Product Store ( we would like to have specialty dental products for purchase eventually), we would like to group services in portfolios and manage them

14. Image Gallery of the clinic promoting, we have given a name to each clinic like “London / California …etc”. It would be good if we add famous imagery of each city aside with the clinic image .

16. There needs to be map/ directions/ coordinates page. Possibly to fall under contact us page where form will be located
17. CMS - There needs to be the ability to update, change modify website, products, pictures ect in a user friendly way.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS:
- At least static page should be uploaded at least 15 days after project awarded to announce an important event we are hosting soon
- Please refer to the attached image a theme we liked before, HOWEVER. we need to change that theme as our major colors now are White (Major) and Glassy Blue, we can add gray to make balance and other colors for sure accordingly.
- Front page should contain slide show + the "30 years of experience in the UAE" article + our upcoming events we are hosting or organizing.
- Site should be in English and Arabic.
- All competitors are required to provide 3 options for work which suites the above requirements
- DON'T Request to release milestones if you have not provided real work.
-Site admin should be able to add services / doctors
-Site admin should be able to change the group photo of the doctors and have the short bio window appears on any team member
- The admin can add/manage users.
- Users can sign up and change their settings.
- Users can retrieve their password.
- The admin would be able to schedule offers on the services
- Online Support Request/Contact Form + Live Chat:
- Payment Integration when visitor decided to buy any item from the product store or register in upcoming events
- Admin should be able to track payments
- Before any purchase, the visitor should agree to terms and conditions
- Visitor should be able to search everything in the site
- Admin should be able to change slides in the front page
- Option to add details and descriptions for each image uploaded
- The website will be Smartphone friendly, when viewed by a Smartphone/tablet the look of the site will be adapted to the screen
- The site must have an English and Arabic version, where the main page gives the option to be taken to the English or Arabic version of the site.
