Searchable Database and Deckbuilding Website

I would like to hire a professional to build a website for a card game I play (similar to YuGiOh and Magic: The Gathering). The website is pretty simple: it needs to have a user login, a searchable database (both simple and advanced searches), and what is known as a 'deckbuilder' -- players will create their decklist by adding cards to the form, naming the form, and having the form show statistics/reports for the data entered. I have all images, all databaes, etc already created and ready to go. Hosting and domain are both taken care of as well. Just need someone to create the code/site.
