PSD To HTML/CSS Job : Need Experienced Programmer

I need an experienced CSS/HTML programmer to convert my PSDs to valid, well programmed and perfect CSS/HTML code.
So valid code, tested with different major browsers like : Iexplore, Firefox, Chrome etc !

1. HomePage
- On homepage I'd like a slideshow on the header (using jQuery or other methods). Images are allredy with background removed. I added [login to view URL] as a reference.
- I'd like to have the blurb under News update with with a clip of the most recent article on the actual news page
- The footer social links must be active with a link to [login to view URL] & [login to view URL]
The "recommend us to a friend" will share the current page. Please use with the facebook code this : "<?php echo 'http://'.$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];?>" so the user will share its current location on facebook.
- main navigation has a hover state, that red rectangle, which must be active as the user clicks on each page

[login to view URL] Page: Just like About page: text and some images, but the last event must appear on home page
4. Gallery Page : Some (I think 2-3) youtube video ( just embed a sample youtube video - dance related ) + pictures which will open when clicked ( use [login to view URL] as an image software ) Make sure it will match with my design.

5. Contact Form : Must be functional aswell and we need configurable variables ( $email , $from , $emailsubject ). You will use the Homepage Layout for this also. Also a google map with the real address, which the user may zoom in or out.
