Modify existing Website Layout for OSC according template

Introduction:
We are looking for a web designer who has also great experience in PHP, in the thermology of OScommerce and especially in designing (modifying) the Website according the templates.
We are in the development of a full service information portal based on OSCommerce. The design is already implemented, functionality issues are also working and in process of development. All Files are on our test server.
Instruction:
There are about 20 webpages, where we need improvements in the Layout:
- All pages must be displayed as the Screenshot templates is shown (exact by pixel)
- Pages must be tested and displayed correctly with the main browsers; in our case definitally working fine with IE and Firefox latest version.
- There should be a routine method used parts of the design that is used on several pages, can be modified and uploaded ones for several pages (F.e. using Dreamweaver to code the xhtml and css).
- All modifications are created in one [url removed, login to view]
- Create one Popup page with Region map to be able to select arias.
- No modification at functional codes / Only design relevant codes
We expect that the experienced Web designer has time to fulfill the job within the next week at least by 70% at 22.02.09. This is a possible timeline.
General Info:
Communication should work with Skype on a daily basis during development. We expect to be informed about status and potential problems, that we have the time to react and make decisions.
Detailed instructions and explanation and will be provided at project start.
The web designer will have access to a FTP server, to be able to upload the uploaded files; to see the results and status, but in any case testing on the web designers local pc would be recommended.
Any modification to other files, definitions should be clearly defined and added within the php code as help.
Results
The output of this project should be that we receive a complete updated website design that runs under the given layout we want to have. This project does not include the implementation of general contents and admin panel layout but only the design layout on the frontend.
