We need to Create a IT services company website .

Very picky and we need it done fast. Please only bid on the project if you can provide fast and quality work.

We are in Australia and require the designer to be available during day hours AEST (GMT+10) - ABSOLUTE MUST!

The design has to be creative and unique and needs to represent who we are, our logo and our name.

* We prefer a simple, clean and effective modern look and feel *

Open source CMS required: ASP.NET based preferred (e.g. Umbraco) but PHP based CMS is also accepable (WordPress, Joomla etc)

High quality of graphic work and code (HTML+CSS) work required - it will be assessed by our senior developer (no iframes, tables for alignments etc. Properly structured HTML for content only and clean CSS for presentation). Will need to be tested across all major browsers (e.g. Chrome, IE8/9, Safari etc) and mobile friendly. Will be W3C compliance verified and runtime error free (Chrome error free console on all pages).
