Our website has had a pagerank of 4 for last few years and we are accepting bids to get us a pagerank of 5 or higher using legitimate techniques that wont get us penalized now or in the future.
The goal of this project is to build our pagerank from 4 to 5 or higher by building high quality links to our site.
I am unsure of how many pr4 or higher links it will take but that is the goal. Links on pages less than PR4 will not boost our rank we already have thousands of these.
