Php script that allows me to visit other websites on my shared server

I give you shared server ftp hostname, login name, password
And you create a php script where I can visit other websites by going to website on a browser on port 80.
Must be able to log into other websites so this php script must store cookies. I also have mysql if needed. I also have a list of paid (not free) proxy ip addresses if needed.
I am not looking for a 3rd party service to hide my website traffic. I am looking for a custom php solution. Must be written in php.
For example, I go on google by going to mywebsite and typing in google.
I am doing this because I can not visit facebook and youtube because my office blocks [url removed, login to view] youtube
