Visual C++ Printing from a file with [login to view URL]

This is probably simple. We have a sample program that prints Hello World to a printer. Ultimately, we need to read an external text file and printer the data from that file.

The main problem is that [url removed, login to view]() will only use a static for its 3rd argument. We could not sucessful convert our variable into a static to get it to print. The full source code is attached:

The problem code is shown below. THe problem is that it cannot convert from type char to const char.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
