nginx set up for wordpress

My webhost is using nginx cache that takes too long for the update to be reflected . I would like tc configure the wordpress nginx cache controller plugin so I can delete the cache from backend. To do it, you have to some setups both in my server and the wordpress file. Can anyone help?
