I need an Android/iOS app that....

- I can install on my PC (maybe using Emulator for Android)

- allow me to import around 5000 mobile numbers by uploading CSV

- allow me to send the message content (Text, picture or video)

- send out 'Whatsapp' message to the selected contacts

- let me specify the timer period.

- let me specify the number of msg per batch

- read from csv format (contact file)

- read from device contact

- allow me to specify the content including image, video, contact, location.

- can view the msg delivery status.

- Send button --> send out msg as whatsapp msg
