This project is to be coded in PHP/MySQL and will need e-commerce based CMS for uploading text and images and an admin back-end.
The admin back-end will allow:
a) see all client details
b) the checf to update a menu preparation database - ingredients & quantities/portion -
will calculate the ingredients necessary to make the quantity of food for each order (should include a printable view of this)
c) print a packing list for print labels - see the spec for details
d) open source shopping cart to use [url removed, login to view] seamless purchasing so the client doesn't leave the website - monthly subscription

The database will grow by 60 menu/catalog items per month so within one year the site will need something as robust as Magento to manage the products. I am interested in your recommendations and why you recommend such.
