Need a biligual hosting webpage - english and spanish - where visitors be able to complete the following tasks.

- Search for a domain within the common extensions: .com, .net, etc.

- Search for a domain with .mx extensions

- Be able to register the domain.

- Be able to pay.

Already have a WHM account where some accounts are already being hosted. I am looking for an integrated solution where users can have their own CPANEL witouth human intervention.
