Paypal Gift Voucher System

We need a gift voucher system that plugs in to our autoreponder and Paypal. We need to send unique gift voucher numbers from our autoresponder to our mailing list. The voucher numbers will then be entered on the site and modify the data sent to the paypal gateway. For example - a user signs up to the newsletter and completes the opt in requirements. The autoresponder then send them a gift voucher. They use this voucher number on the website which discounts the purchase through Pay [url removed, login to view] voucher number will need to be unique and one use. PAy pal has an existing gift voucher system but does not provide this functionality. The solution needs to be able be integrated into our autoreponder - Aweber and one end and modify the Pay Pal sent data at the other. The site is currently hosted on a Linux server.
