expand jomsocial on joomla

I need to expand my existing jomsocial installation on joomla.

I have a table with a list of emails and mobile phone numbers that belong to jomsocial users.

I will need the? coder to build an interface to send out emails or sms (sms and email is the same thing - using php email function) based on the list of contacts that he/she has in the table.

You will also need to give a dropdown list of mobile providers if the entry is a mobile? phone.? Once a user is selected - you will send a random 4 digit code to that email or sms number.

The user will have to enter that 4 digit code next to the entry in the site next to the name - at which point the entry becomes verified.

I will also need a google map to be displayed based on longitude and latitude.
