Reservation/ Booking system with payment options

I am looking for a reservation/booking system written in PHP (preferably)(but will possibly consider other languages) to add to a website that will do the following:
**From user end:
**1. Must register in order to reserve/make an appointment online
2. Once logged in, user can select an event on a calendar and reserve a seat (or multiple seating if it is a group) by paying online through a payment gateway (Paypal, Worldpay, etc.)
3. Calendar has option of showing a monthly, weekly, or daily view.
4. Users can select which language they wish to see the calendar in (English, Spanish, etc.)
5. Confirmation email showing details of reservation with confirmation number
**From administrator end:
**1. Needs to be able to set which days are available for booking and also to set holidays or other days when booking can not take place
2. Reporting option where administrator can print a listing of all the reservations for a given month, week, day.
3. Option administrator to manually book a reservation.
4. When setting available booking dates, administrator should be able to place details on that date (visible to users) as to when, where, price and time of event with who will be leading the event.
5. Administrator can select a variety of payment gateways as their way of receiving payment for reservations (Paypal, Worldpay, etc.)
6. Administrator can select whether events should be reserved with payment or events can just be booked without payment.
This project must be customizable meaning that the colors can be changed to coincide with the website and logos can be placed.
At the moment, this is what the project consists of, but may need additional features.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
