Treasure Hunt

Our customer is looking for a website which treasure hunt website where users will send a text message to a premium number and receive a question. The questions will be stored in a database which will be phase 1 of this project. Phase 2 will be to integrate the phase 1 database into the text service provided!!

Phase 1 to create website from text and images supplied that will allow customers to put questions into the database to be used for the full project. Once the database has a large enough volume of questions then this will need to be integrated with phase 2. Please note that the customers who have created the hunt questions will be paid each time a question is used.

Phase 2 will be to integrate the database with mobile phone short code system for examle a per son will text "find 86958" to a given number and will then return a question from the database for the user to find the answer to. Once they have the answer they then text the answer back and if correct will receive their next question if not a message saying the answer is incorrect.

You are quoting for phase 1 with the knowledge of knowing that the integration of phase 2 will need to be completed by yourself in conjuction with the chosen supplier palm media. Please quote for phase 1 and additionally cost for phase 2.

It is prefered that the site will run using php, html and database. However all will be considered.

This is a live job and we require completion of phase 1 by 21st September 2004.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) The code is to be installed on a domain directly by yourself.

3) Phase 1 and phase 2 to be 100% compatible with each other.

4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

5) Phase 1 to be completed by 21st September 2004

6) Phase 2 to be completed within 3 weeks of receipt which will be sometime in 2005
