I need a clone for the basics of a copy of the sites similar to that of [url removed, login to view] or pchomehelp.org. Basically, members of the public sign up for free to post a problem. Members (or helpers) can view the jobs but not get full details until they buy credits via paypal. Once they accept a job then its not available any longer but linked to the home users profile. They can then rate the Helper with a star rating once completed.
The site must include:
Helper login area
Homeuser login area
Postcode search to view avaialble Helpers in the area
Email Helpers when jobs are available (with first come first served facility to accept)
Homeuser area should show users current and previous posts and have ability to rate the Helper
No graphical requirements are needed. just the basic site coded up and working. PHP & MYSQL are required. If free plugings from joomla/wordpress can be used and amended as necessary, thats fine.
