Magento: Fix Login PHP Error on some user accounts

We are using Magento 1.6.1. When some customers log in to their account, they are redirected to a page with an error. The page is:
[url removed, login to view]
and the error is:
Fatal error: require_once() [[url removed, login to view]]: Failed opening required '/home/domain/domains/[url removed, login to view]' (include_path='/home/domain/public_html/store/app/code/local:/home/domain/public_html/store/app/code/community:/home/domain/public_html/store/app/code/core:/home/domain/public_html/store/lib:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/domain/public_html/store/app/code/local/CN/CustomerGift/Model/[url removed, login to view] on line 18
The error does not occur for all user accounts. It only occurs for some. Your job is to debug this issue so all users can successfully login.
