Drupal Chat Module using node.js on Linux server

We have a website using Drupal CMS and would like to have a user chat functionality with DrupalChat utilizing Node.JS. The chat modules has already been added to the website, we need someone to:
1. Install node.js on our linux server Cent OS
2. Configure and allow users to chat with friends.
2. Allow for user picture to appear next to the user’s real name.
Should be something fairly quick for someone who has installed it before. Please submit only if you've had expereience with Node.js and drupal chat or if you might have a better solution to recommend.
