525944 Add CAPTCHA and fix contact form

I want to replace the CAPTCHA with a different one which is secure but will still fit in the available space. I don't think RECAPTCHA will fit in the space.

The form should have javascript and php validation. If any errors get past javascript, the page should redisplay with the submitted info pre-populated and an indication of what the error was.

When the form is submitted successfully, it should redirect to a different HTML page, which I will make. I just need to specify the page address.

This needs to work perfectly and must be completed to the end client's satisfaction.

Please specify which CAPTCHA you will use.
