I have a complete PHP Auction Pro site that is in need of some enhanced functions similar to swoopo.com.
The existing site can be seen at [url removed, login to view] I wish to have the following three modifications.
1) Display auctions ending soonest in a manner similar to Swoopo.com. If a bid is placed during the last 3 minutes, it will reset the expiring time for 3 more minutes and send an outbid email to previous high bidder. Allowing 3 more minutes for "live bid" auction.
2) This same display method will be used to the users "Watching / Bidding items"
3) When adding an item to the site, a user can currently select a custom start/end time. I wish to have an option to select the next "Live auction" time as specified by system Admin. (This will currently be Saturday at 7pm) They should have the option for the next or the following Saturday live auction.
The main page will have the "featured listings" as it is now, but will also include featured Reverse Auctions.
New Tabs will be created for Bidding/Watching (When logged in).
All tabs will display 4 items across with a bid/login button when viewing
All ending times will be displayed as a countdown timer. Only bids in the last 3 minutes will reset the live timer.
I am hoping to establish a long-term relationship with a programmer for future modifications and enhancements.
