Opencart intergration with brightperl

We desire to implement an integration between OpenCart ([url removed, login to view]) and Brightpearl (http:// [url removed, login to view]) using the API tools provided by both web services.
(BP) Brightpearl API: [url removed, login to view] The Brightpearl API follows the REST (REpresentational State Transfer) design pattern. The Brightpearl API uses JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) to represent data passed back and forth in API messages.
-Sync Orders to Brightperl
- Populate customer information into brightperl
- Sync Stock into brightperl.
- Ideally we would require a module which can be installed into any opencart installation and full intergration of information is sync'ed with brighperl
