4 iPhone graphing apps with combined web interface

Four iPhone apps with graphing functions, ability to email PDF of graphs, php server side programming for backup and user entry. Web based interface will look similar to iPhone. Web based side will be subscription service, so need payment coding and user authorization. Contract includes both app programming and deployment, web interface with database. Ability to backup from iPhone wifi or download from web interface to iPhone or upload from iPhone to web interface. User will click on calendar date and enter specific variables. These will be graphed. From graph, user can email PDF version, or click on certain day and see notes etc. Must be secure and data encrypted. This is a big project, please provide references or examples of work.
