WordPress theme re-styling and modifying

I have past project on a child WordPress theme edits. What we have to do is:
1. All the changes that was made on the child theme to apply to the parent theme (so we can get rid of the child theme).
Once this is done we will continue with:
2. Re-styling/modifying some of the options & functionality on 10 main pages (we will keep most of the features and add a few additional).
3. You must be well familiar with twitter bootstrap as responsiveness is a must at the end. Where it needs the frontend HTML/CSS must be recode and turn into fluid HTML5.
*** You will work on the PHP, CSS, jQuery/Ajax of the theme.
