OLDS - PII - Learning Management System [Canvas]

For my internal OLDS program I am in process of developing a web-enabled application for my clients that allows them to access their dashboard, assessments, scorecard, reports...etc. for management of their leadership formation. Along with this tool I want to integrate an LMS [Learning Management System] for PII & a Web Conference tool for PIII (using the PII Canvas which has an open-source code version along with BBB - Big Blue Button which also has open-source code so that I can host conferences tied to this tool) so both need to be considered when creating this solution.
