i wanna clarify my web site
1.the web site i want has to have its own app for ios and android
2. the traffic i am planning is millions of users daily
3. every user has to create an account and is gonna have ability to post his own news
4. once you created your account you are gonna choose what news you are interested in ; for example : economy, fashion, health, local, world news and etc., and those news are gonna pop up on your news feed
5. the users are gonna have the ability to rate the credibility of news, similar to facebook "like" system , but i prefer to buttons like "credible" and "false" or smth like that, and on the main page of the web site they are gonna be sections like "hot news" and "top rated news"
6. there has to be in site searching system and once user searches news the firs results are going to be most credible news based on its previous ratings
7. each user is gonna have its overall credibility rating shown on his profile and every single news he or she posted is gonna have their own credibility ratings
8. basically i am planning to create global "news rating" system based on people's votes, similar to imdb but for news.
