I want to replicate a game similar to this in HTML 5 (it must be html 5 or an alternative that works on iphone/ipad)

Where my game will be different is I want the user to be able to drag and drop the track in the position they want with perhaps 50 pre designed track pieces and with curves that are customisable.
Once the track is laid there will not be levels to complete so this level of complexity can be removed, but there will be ajax updates to elements on the track the user has laid out and saved.
