a webcam facility to be able to stream to more than 1 user from one machine, like a conference? i was hoping that users which are registered can create and give conferences or talks online to whom ever logs in to the site. so viewers that logs in has the option of going on to any conference they like from a list created depending on active conferences. the users that are viewing the conference also can ask questions to the conference holder through voice or by chat. the person who is giving the conference has the control over pending questions over voice and chat. The whole facility will be controlled by one admin with features, whether to accept requests, able to view every conference and able to shut the conference at any time, etc. The user or conference holder has to create a conference before they can go online such as the title, description, key points etc of the conference itself. The viewers who are registered is presented with a window of active conferences and a link to that certain conference. any questions please reply..
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
