1. A desktop based exe client which performers will download. Their webcam will capture the image and stream it to video server. Every client connection speed will be up to 128 kbps, the lower the better.
Client must be able to set their font type and size, kick, block and ignore users, on/of own sound, view own stats, edit own profile and photo gallery.
2. A central server which will do the following: Billing and Stream Video to designed website where users will come and take a look at ongoing events, prepay and watch performance.
Full customization of server needed!
