Would like ability to create accounts.[Step 1] The account should have name/address/email/comments and be able to "upload photo" and make $ deposit. [Step 2] (doesn't have to be linked if it's hard, I can link to paypal and then once I recieved payment I can check box I recieved payment) Admin then downloads that photo [Step 3] and Admin makes 5 samples that I want to upload to that account and then customer picks 1 out of 5. Telling me which direction Admin will proceed. [Step 4] Admin updates customer (designing phase) [Step 5] Admin posts final project in account for payment. [Step 6] Admin orders canvas print and ships out art canvas [Step 7] [[ At each Step Number# Admin should be e-mailed about status ]] For example after Customer 023 uploads files I should be notified by email.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thanks for your bids, but currently pricing is unresonable high. Pls consider opportunity to use some of the open source solutions, like for example image gallery where users can submit their pictures, and modify it to fit required functionality. We don't need everything to be coded and designed from scratch, similar solutions already available, we just need a person to make some tuning and set up work for us.
