Use of eBay API

I need code written to work with the ebay API. I need it to do the following: Report on serches Monitor and report on numerous items that are for sell, visitors, ip addresses, other searches, watchers, watchers and bidders previous bidding activity. Must be able to do all the things ebays own tools do but better and easier. Help may be minimal but interface must be very intutive. I need someone that is well versed in the API and knows what they are doing. I do not. I figure that there is someone out there that has something they have written that we can look at and modify for my needs and the needs of my clients. I would rather that you retain some ownership so that my success, as well as your success is dependent on the preformance of both of us. Not sure how we can do this with out breaking rent a coders rules but we will figure something out and get their approval. Please notify me if you have any questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
