PHP Mysql Adult site thumbnail search pages + tweaks

I have a adult site being put together, it uses [url removed, login to view]'s Matchmakerpro program scripts. I would like some page tweaks that are not in the standard program. Tweak one - on [url removed, login to view] this is a page where members have a list of profiles they like, next to their details I would like a thumbnail picture taken from their profile page. Tweak two - I would like a search page (2 really 1 for male, 1 for female, both look same, where you can search for profiles dependant in area, taken from the area people have put in their registrations page, then it will list the results by way of a page of generated thumbanails hyperlinked to their profile page, like [url removed, login to view] i.e search for profiles in London, then it will list a page of thumnails of profiles for London, see a pic, click it to see profile. Tweak three. - When an member upgrades their account from free standard member to "escort member" they do not get sent straight to paypal to upgrade, instead website sends admin an email, saying this profile wants to upgrade to escort. Admin can then approve, in which it will send the profile an email with a link to payment for upgrading account, or if upgrade is declined by admin, site sends a decline email. Coder to upload pages to hosting package to live site to ensure working product. Tweak four - On the search page there is a map of the UK, with the counties visable, I would like a number over each county, to identify how many profiles are within that county. Tweak five - on the personal profile page, there is a box for the personal profile, Info taken from database, Data on page it is set to 255 char, this needs to be changed to the right amount or characters as to move the profile box down the page, so as to fill the page better. You will know what I mean when you see the profile page.
