php form submission script

I don't really know how to describe what i need so i will just explain.

I have a website where users have to sign up for a membership and then the users can use another form on my site to post there ads.

Problem is i want to accept auto submissions from another website but his form field names are different than mine, so i guess what i need is a script that will take his form name and let him submit his ads and then it'll convert them to my form names and add them to my sql database.

It will need to be able to do the same with the users sign in page so that the ads get posted to the correct users profile.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
