MSSQL 2000 / Exchange 2000 - Task record sync

This is an additional subcomponent of a larger project. Please see the parent project for additional details (Bid Request Id: 31382)

Parent application will have have a table of *Tasks* (Tasks assigned to individuals) in MSSQL 2000. We have an Exchange 2000 installation on a 2nd server.

We need application code which performs the following data synchronization task on either a scheduled or event-driven basis as follows:

When tasks are assigned to users in the SQL database application, we want those tasks to be pushed to the individual users' (assignees') task list in their Exchange mailfile. Subsequently, any modifications of Task record(s) in the SQL database (DueDate, AssignedTo, deletion of original task record, etc.) would also be pushed; to relevant mailfiles. When the assignee marks the task as Completed, or updates the Comments field of the task record in their Exchange mailfile, these changes should be pulled back to the SQL server database at a regular interval to update the appropriate record in the tasks database.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
