Movable Type 3 expert wanted

Hello,

For my personal blog I just installed MT 3 full and it works perfectly. But I am an old RU user so I am lost in the docs.

I am looking for a specialist to :

1/ modify the templates :

- put categories on the homepage

- put archives on the homepage

- modify the MTDate format following my parameters

2/ define the archives processing rules and the way it displays on the homepage

3/ modify the design : fonts and colors from the one I choosed

4/ explain me how to create pages which won't display on the homepage (about page for example)

5/ find the icons to point to the atom and rss feeds
